1. Order Processing

Fulfillment Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, including weekends and holidays, after confirmation of payment.

Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email with full order details. After the order is dispatched, a tracking ID and shipping partner information will be shared via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Zones & Charges

Delivery Coverage: Currently, we offer local delivery within a 10 km radius from Sangli, Maharashtra.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Product weight

Distance from our dispatch center

Selected delivery method (standard or express)

Customers will be able to view and confirm shipping charges during checkout before placing the order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated Delivery: Typically within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch for areas within 10 km of Sangli.

Delays: Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or third-party logistics issues. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the delivery partner.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch, depending on the delivery partner’s system.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery failure or return-to-origin. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received by the customer, please contact us within 48 hours.

We will coordinate with the delivery partner to investigate the issue. However, we do not hold liability for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
