At Refresh Home Care, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product
Expired product delivered (if applicable)
The return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the invoice.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team via phone or email.
Share your order ID, issue description, and photo proof (if damaged/defective).
Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the pickup/return process.
Upon inspection, the refund or replacement will be initiated as per policy.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Products that have been used or opened
Products returned without original packaging/invoice
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Customized or special-order items
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval/rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Bank charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Replacement
If you prefer a replacement over a refund (and your request is approved), we will dispatch the replacement item within 2 working days at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will follow the return process after delivery.
7. Discretion Clause
All refund, return, and replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Refresh Home Care after verification of the issue.
